Terms of Service

Payment / Refunds

>All commissions must be paid in full upfront as the commission is accepted, failure to send the payment in 72hrs will result in the commission being cancelled. The drawing will not be started until the payment has gone through.>NO REFUNDS, unless I'm not able to finish the commission for any reason, refunds will be calculated by how much of the commission is completed.>I reserve the right to deny any commission without any explanation.>I do not do slot holds or payment plans, make sure you can pay before commissioning me. Payment is accepted in USD through Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp and Ko-fi.>Tips are allowed, not required but sincerely appreciated. <3

Process

>All commission types will have a sketch sent for approval and will not be further edited until the response is given for any changes or ideas.>You may ask for a Wip at any time, but daily spamming will result to a cancelling of the commission. I will update you with Wips as I work on it, especially if I have any questions regarding the commission.>Changes during the sketch phase are free but when the line art begins, any additional changes to the pose or expression will be an estimated additional $5-10.>If you need the commission by a specific due date, rush fee's are an estimated additional $25-45 depending on the commission type.>Please give me time to respond to you and not expect immediate responses as I am human and have my own things to take care of. If I do not respond in 48hrs, you may bump the chat as I tend to be forgetful.

Copyright / Usage Policy

>I reserve the right to post any commissioned artwork to my Instagram, the character will be linked to its appropriate owner.>I reserve the right to edit my prices and commission types at any time, this will not affect already paid for commissions.>I reserve the right to change and update these terms.>Commercial rights will have to be discussed with me for permission, if you use my artwork for profit without asking, this can result in a blacklist.>You may use my designs to create/ commission cosplay suits as long as the design credit remains to me.>No tracing, recoloring or copying my artwork, if I found out you've done this you will be blacklisted.>Do not ask for a sketch commission to then "finish" the artwork yourself. I find this highly disrespectful and it can result in a blacklist.>No removing my signatures or watermark for any reason. This can result in a blacklist.>Using my art work for crypto currency, NFTs or AI training is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, you will be blacklisted if I find out you've done this.>Commissioned art peices from me can be added to a characters worth value strictly for the price the artwork costed.>You may sell my designs for their original price, added artwork / commissions / models may bump this price.>You may Co-own my designs with other people, a heads up of this would be highly appreciated. I do not hold any responsibility of the co-own and the rights to the character fall on the owners shoulders. I will not step in for any drama that unfolds.>You may edit a character design if you like but the original design still must be credited to me, it may not be sold separately unless it is unrecognizable to the original design.

Misc.

>For my comfortability, i will not draw canon x canon character ships from games/movies. This cannot be negotiated, UNLESS it is a canon relationship (Hinted at or slight possible interactions do not count.)>I will draw original characters with canon characters, i am more than happy to draw oc x canon either platonically or romantically.

Hello! My Name is Zane under the username PshycoRuckoon on most platforms, I'm freelance artist who's skill set ranges from humanoids to anthromorphic characters and design. Most creatures and aliens aren't off the table for me.
I'm constantly practicing and attempting to widen my range of abilities, including comics, illustrations and animated work.Beyond art, I currently have a full time job that takes up most of my time during the week.

In the past i've been told I come off flirty but that is not my intention! I don't mind other ships but please respect that I don't want to actively see them. If i happen across it, thats fine, just don't actively send me multiple post of it.
